Glowé currently delivers within Kuwait only.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

Standard delivery orders are typically delivered within 24 hours from order confirmation.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during weekends, official holidays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

 3. Delivery Fees

- Standard Delivery: 1 KWD
- Express Delivery: 3 KWD
- Free delivery may be available on orders above a specified amount during promotional periods

Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Delivery address

Glowé is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

5. Failed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable during delivery, Glowé may contact the customer to reschedule the delivery.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply in certain cases for repeated delivery attempts.

6. Order Issues/Damaged Packages:

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@glowekw.com with photos of the damage and your order number before accepting the delivery if possible.
