At Glowé, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality beauty and skincare products while ensuring the best shopping experience for our customers.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- The customer received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- Missing item(s) from the order
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact Glowé within 14 days of receiving the order and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging and invoice
Conditions for return/exchange:
- Product must be unused and unopened
- Product must be in its original packaging and condition
- Any signs of use, opening, damage, or tampering may result in rejection of the request
Glowé reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
Please note:
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Glowé
- Products purchased during promotions or special offers may not be eligible for return or exchange
- Shade, texture, scent, or personal preference issues are not considered product defects
Approved return or exchange requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after review.
